Atlas Vending, a Malaysia based vending operation, introduced vending machines that sell non-fungible tokens for artwork commemorating Malaysia Day on Sept. 16, 2022, according to an msn.com report. Consumers can buy the NFTs for RM59 ($12.94) using cashless payment.

The vending machines will be provided rent-free to small and medium size businesses through December, according to a press release.

The 13 machines, each representing a different state, offer NFTs for artworks provided by artists from the different states.

Each machine has 300 NFT artworks, of which 50 are platinum NFTs that will be dispensed randomly.

Customers will also have a chance to win rewards from a pool of 59 prizes distributed randomly in the machines.
